Police and Army stop the buses

People of North planing to joint the Human right festival which was organized by the Samagi balawegaya at colombo on 13 ,14  November, but when they are coming form the Mannar two buses  at Madawachchi and one at Madu stopped by the police and army.These action shows us how the government protect the human rights from the north and east.
