Others also resettle around in five camps.  UNHCR Supported to build their temporary houses. They got support from five six NGOs to do their livelihood. They got together with six camps and fight for their own place .For that they wrote many letters to the authorities but nothing happened. So they started hunger strike. So the person called Mohan was shouted by unknown gun man .After that mast of the people did not fight for their land because of the fear.
Present situation
This land was belonging to the pervert’s owner. Since 2009 they did not get any problem for this land but now they were asked the land by owner .So people are feeling that they have to displaced other place but most of them said they will not moved from this land because they are living here since 1990 .So government should give their own land before they taken out .Until the 2010 most of the NGOs work with them .They have given 08 Toilets, Tub wells, community hall, dry risen, and some basic assistances. At that time UNHCR, UNISEAF, CRC, and Seva lanka work with them. Now 80 families live this camp .Total population 240 members. They have only 08 toilets but out of them o4 damaged and only 03 tub well for the drinking water .Here 20 women headed families and 10 disable  lived. Main occupations are fish sellers and labour work. This land has two sections. Each family has less than one parappu. The team who lived in front of the main community hall some of them decided to give their land for the owner and resettle other place but it is not clear. People willing to organize as a team with other six camps but no one get the leadership. They ask the support from us. They also said they hope to go to their own place.
