Since 1990 people of Valkamam North displaced due to the civil war .Government highlighted their publications that their is no any IDPs but these people still living in camps because their land are grabbed by the military.They grabbed 24 GN DIVISION Area .So people asked the human rights training for fight for their right in peaceful manner .So we conducted Human right program in 01 of February 2014 . 27 Leaders participated the program .
