A Sathyagraha was held at the Supreme Court premises in Colombo after Chief Justice, Dr. Shirani Bandaranayake left for the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) for the second hearing yesterday, 04th December 2012. The Sathyagraha was held with the participation of both Buddhist and Christian clergy, lawyers and members of civil society. Also there was another protest near the Supreme Court premises to tell "Expel Those Who Disgrace the Judiciary" ....this protest was organized by the government supporters.....!
