Yugapuram camp
These People were lived in THELLIPALI WALTHLAVILAM until 1990 .Each family had a land[Parappu 2.5/ Nearly parches 25 to 30]and they had own houses. Their main income were Farming and Labour .Mainly they cultivated chilies, onion, tomato, tobacco They had school in close area .They lived happily when they were in their own village .Then due to the civil war   80 families displaced to ALAVITTI kurukkal kennathadi pillai kavil  in 1990 .They lived their only two years then they were asked to go to the other place .So out of 80 families 52 families resettled in yugapuram .Other 28 families resettled other three camps around .
2010 Dagluas dewanantha and Bacil  rajapaksha organize the meeting in Nawattapuram Kandasami kovil  and  said that people can go to their own places in 2010 January .Then they went  to their places as they mentions  but security did not allowed to enter the village because they said they were  not informed in authorities. So they return to the ugapuram. Until 2010 they were provided food items but from 2010 they did not get any assistance from the government.

Now 56 families lived this camp. They lived in temporally houses which were building from the UNHCR with government. People donot know this land is belonging to whom .Each family has 1.25 parappu. Five women headed families lived and 09 members are disables. Most of the families do the labuor work; rent the farming land for faming. Most of the children go to school .They have five tube wells for the drinking water .One women society started but now it also not active now. They have hoped to go to their own place.

Malyagam camp/Neddwan camp
They lived in Mailatti area in Kalanthadi village .Most of them were fishermen. Each family had their own legal land [05to 10 Parappu] and own houses.  50 families lived until 1990.Then they displaced to the area called Mulawey .100 families sated that village .Out of the 100 families 30 families resettled this malyagam camp. Others also resettle around in five camps.  UNHCR Supported to build their temporary houses. They got support from five six NGOs to do their livelihood. They got together with six camps and fight for their own place .For that they wrote many letters to the authorities but nothing happened. So they started hunger strike. So the person called Mohan was shouted by unknown gun man .After that mast of the people did not fight for their land because of the fear.
Present situation
This land was belonging to the pervert’s owner. Since 2009 they did not get any problem for this land but now they were asked the land by owner .So people are feeling that they have to displaced other place but most of them said they will not moved from this land because they are living here since 1990 .So government should give their own land before they taken out .Until the 2010 most of the NGOs work with them .They have given 08 Toilets, Tub wells, community hall, dry risen, and some basic assistances. At that time UNHCR, UNISEAF, CRC, and Seva lanka work with them. Now 80 families live this camp .Total population 240 members. They have only 08 toilets but out of them o4 damaged and only 03 tub well for the drinking water .Here 20 women headed families and 10 disable  lived. Main occupations are fish sellers and labour work. This land has two sections. Each family has less than one parappu. The team who lived in front of the main community hall some of them decided to give their land for the owner and resettle other place but it is not clear. People willing to organize as a team with other six camps but no one get the leadership. They ask the support from us. They also said they hope to go to their own place.
