Net work building program in JAFFNA

Government need to show that   Present situation of the country becoming peaceful and harmony but when we discuss with village level people they express  their reality which could not be said openly.So most of the district leaders start to build up the network.So this discussion was happened  in Jaffna district last 02 th of February 2014 at District fisher alliance building .Welfare centers  leaders, Fisher leaders,Women leaders,Political leaders,Farmer leaders,civil society leaders, University leaders and youth leaders got together to build up the net work for protecting the Human rights in the area
